My friend bought me the Bakerita cookbook last year for my birthday and I’ve been slowly trying out new recipes. At first it was a little intimidating because the ingredients were kinda of foreign and hard to come by. Tapioca flour? What even is that?! I decided to stock up on all of the new-to-me baking ingredients for the Fall so I can try out new ways of satisfying my snacking cravings without caving for refined sugars. I have been pleasantly surprised by how yummy every recipe has been. We had friends over for dinner last night and I thought I’d give this Apple Crumble Pie a whirl. It was a hit!
