last week we went with some friends to the mill iron ranch.
sleigh ride + steak dinner + live music + cowboys = not sure how you can get more wyoming.
i guess by adding beer, that’s how.
i just realized that i put a lot of meat photos on this blog.
sorry to all of you non-meat eaters…
but man, that steak was cooked to perfection!
i like my steak medium rare.
