i’m a firm believer that there are two types of people in this world: the eaters and the sleepers. how can you tell? well, i think it’s how you function at your best. i can go days without thinking about food, but if i don’t get a good night’s sleep, i tend to turn into a monster. let’s all take a minute to praise my new Leesa Mattress for that prevention!
all things sleeping are really important for me, including naps on naps, super cozy pillows and comforters, as well as the best quality mattress around. what’s the saying….you spend one third of your life sleeping?! yeah, i need to invest in my sleep! i try to get 8 to 10 hours a night, and sometimes throw a nap in there when i’m high stressing during the day. a solid night also aids tremendously in the help of my mental health. a quality mattress is KEY and although i thought i had a really dope mattress, turns out i didn’t know what i was missing.
Leesa sent me a The Sapira Queen Mattress earlier this month and i’ve been snoozing like a champ, full of happy dreams, and waking up feeling refreshed. i was a little hestitant at first, like….how can a mattress that comes in a box 1. work, and 2. possibly feel good? and 3. how the hell am i going to unload this thing by myself in my teeny cabin? well my friends, it’s basically magic because it unfolds in less than 2 minutes and i did it all me-self!
