a few photos from my camping trip this weekend on jackson lake.
we scored a camp site on little mackinaw island, where the views weren’t shabby.
i think everyone should camp at least once every summer, even if its in your backyard….or living room.
what are your plans for the 4th?
due to a fire ban in jackson hole,
there will be no fireworks this year for me.
sighs.
but hey, i’d rather protect our beautiful mountains
and i’m sure somewhere in the valley, someone is saving a butt-load of cash.
you win some, you lose some.
happy berf, america.
What a beautiful place. We have many lakes out in the mountains near Seattle, and I cannot wait to visit this summer.
Beauty. Fashion. Seattle.
nice posting.. thanks for sharing.
I WANT TO VISIT JACKSON HOLE!!! and just sit in a tree or somethin’ its so pretty!
we wanted to be camping – but we just celebrated with rock climbing in the mountains and then a bbq and fireworks (for some reason there is no ban in SLC where we are surrounded by fires)
That looks incredible! I’m not a huge camper myself, but I think going out and doing so every once in a while not only gives a you greater appreciation for nature, but also for the creature comforts of home we sometimes take for granted!
The second picture should be blown up and in a frame! Actually, they all should be. They are simply beautiful. I feel like I was there.
This. looks. amazing. As always, I LOVE your blog!!
What lovely lovely photos:) Looks like a good weekend to me!

I love camping and completely agree that everyone should do it at least once a summer. We plan on camping our way half way through the US in September. Love it.
