There is something so timeless and chic about a long wool coat. They remind me of a classier time and I think throwing one on is the easiest way to elevate your winter look. You cannot go wrong with adding this layer to your winter ensemble and having one in your closet is an absolute must. Find a good one and you will have it for literally years! One of my favorite investment pieces in my closet for sure.

This camel wool Sezane Johnson coat joined my wardrobe last year and I find myself always grabbing for it, especially when I’m heading to a showing or a nice dinner. Our window for wearing only a wool coat, and not a full blown long puffy is short so I try to wear it as much as I can, although this year with the unseasonaby warmer temps, she may get more use than I thought. I tend to grab for her later in the winter, too, when we have super sunny and warm days. If you live anywhere else, that is not considered the tundra, I think you could get away with a wool coat being your winter jacket!

This coat from Sezane hails from France with an oh-la-la vibe. How are the Parisians just so damn chic?! Besides the cool factor, this brand is also super sustainable, which as you know is a huge plus in my book. I’ve linked other wool coat options below that I’m digging for Winter 2021 below.
